HOW WE GOT HERE
We realized there was a side of health and fitness that was simply being neglected. Let’s face it, not every guy wants to have bulging muscles and ripped abs. If you look around the internet or peruse a magazine section at a store that’s all you’ll find.
What about the guys who simply want to live a healthy lifestyle and be in shape? That’s why Homemade Men was founded, to cater to this under served group of men.
