If you look at your current state of affairs, you may be wondering how exactly you got there.  I may not know your circumstances completely but what I do know is your currently reality is the sum total of decisions you have made in the past even as early as one minute ago.

You see regardless of how you slice the pie (maybe I should use a different food item since this is a weight loss website) one can conclude that our lives are full of decisions whether good or bad, big or small.  If you make the right decisions daily over an extended period of time we call that success, on the other hand if make the wrong decisions daily over an extended period of time it usually leads to failure (or temporary defeat).

So how does this correlate to losing weight?
